Chukkani is a bedtime story app for kids aged 3 to 8. Every story is illustrated
like a comic and read aloud, so children can follow along whether or not they can
read yet.
Stories come in 7 Indian languages, not just English. A child can hear the same
tale in the language spoken at home, which makes bedtime feel closer for families
across India and for parents raising kids abroad.
Say hello to Chukki, the little cloud who narrates. She loves a good bedtime story
and usually drifts off before the kids do. Children read along with her, tap to
hear each page, and swipe to the next one.

BUILT FOR FAMILIES
Chukkani is made for children, and it treats their data that way. Children never
type personal details into the app. A parent signs in and sets up each child's
profile: a nickname, an approximate age so the stories match, and a country for
language options. There are no ads, no ad networks, and no chat or messaging of
any kind. Purchases and account settings sit behind a parent check, so a child
can't wander into them.
FREE AND PREMIUM
You can read a free story every day without paying. A premium subscription opens
the full library, with monthly, yearly, and lifetime options. Subscriptions renew
through your Google Play account and can be cancelled there anytime.

Chukkani grew out of a simple habit: a parent telling stories to a child in their
mother tongue at the end of the day. We wanted that to keep going even when
everyone is tired, and to work in more than one language. That's the whole idea.
