Overall the app is great when saving for any type of goal or one wants to develop a saving culture for themselves. I'd however like to request the developer for a feature under the normal goal to include a TARGET LOCK SAVINGS or a new option altogether, say for example if I want to save 5k I won't be able to withdraw until the 5k target has been achieved irregardless of time used to reach the desired target of 5k. Once the desired amount is achieved then it unlocks the goal for withdrawal.

I've been logged out of my app. No one is picking or responding to my calls or messages Is this a scam or what??? So many people are complaining about the same issue as well. Chumz is becoming very suspicious

at first the app was good but right now I'm unable to access my app if I put my pin so that It can open up it rejects for some unknown reason since Sunday date 19/10/2025....the customer service is poor I tried to reach out to them I get no response.....I don't know if I should be patient or I conclude that this app is a scam coz tell me how I'm I going to access my money.....I never got any messages to tell me maybe the app has a delay or a problem....
