Ratings and reviews

I had to pay to download this app initially several years ago, and now it's asking me to pay a yearly or monthy subscription. If you want to make this a subscription app instead of a pay-to-download app, thats fine, but you should probably figure out a way for people who have already paid for the app to continue to use it. It feels very predatory and money grabbing to have to pay more now. I will not be paying yearly to use an app that I have already bought, so you have lost a customer.

I've had the app through a few iterations now, and latest upgrade is great. Subscription model makes sense, since readings for each calendar date change from year to year. Navigation does take some practice: use the "back arrow" in the app (top left), not the phone's "back" button. (I'm an Android user)

This app takes a little getting used to but functions fine. I loved the connection to the lectionary readings and previously paid some time $10 for the app and thought it was worth it. But now it's a prescription. I found another app that feels like the BCP book while accessing the lectionary for free, BCP online. So don't need this one anymore.
