Cibaura is a marketplace for renting cars from local rent-a-car agencies and private owners — in the Dominican Republic, the United States, and wherever an agency joins next.
FIND A CAR
Search by city and dates, and filter by what you actually need: SUV, sedan, pickup, van. Every listing shows the real daily rate, the security deposit, and the agency's rental conditions before you commit to anything.
YOU REQUEST, THE AGENCY CONFIRMS
Booking is a request, not a gamble. The agency reviews it and accepts — and only then is your card charged. If they decline, you were never charged at all.
PICK IT UP, OR HAVE IT BROUGHT TO YOU
Collect the car at the agency's branch, or choose one of the delivery points they offer — the airport, a hotel zone, a meeting spot — each with its own fixed fee, shown before you book. No surprise charges on arrival.
TALK TO THE AGENCY
Every booking has its own chat. Ask about the car, agree on where to meet, sort out a late arrival — with the people who actually have the keys.
PHOTOS BEFORE AND AFTER
Check-in and check-out are documented with photos by both sides. If a dispute ever comes up, there is a record instead of two memories.
VERIFIED ON BOTH SIDES
Agencies are reviewed before they can list. Renters verify their identity and driving licence once, and then book in a few taps.

Cibaura does not own or insure the vehicles. Rentals are agreed between you and the agency or owner, under the conditions each one publishes.
