LeyApp.pe is an application that provides you with the Full Text of the Political Constitution of Peru, and the Universal Declaration of Human Rights, with interactive and easy-to-use tools that allow you to listen, classify, underline, comment, mark, and/or share, those articles that you analyze exceptionally or frequently in the exercise of your profession; so you no longer have to physically resort to your code or reference book.
