I have been using my account since 2019 but never get to use this app due to their unusual system. They asked me to visit the branch every time I tried to register my account. Other banks' apps are so convenient.

The app functionality is okay, but the user interface (UI) and design look very outdated for modern times. It feels slow, laggy, and lacks a seamless user experience (UX) compared to other banking apps. Highly request the developer team to completely redesign the app with a modern look and smoother navigation in the next update.

❌ Worst Banking & Credit Card Service! They deducted my annual fee in April 2026. Even though I fulfilled the waiver criteria (28 transactions done, 15 required), they made me wait for 77 days and then denied the refund. They applied a new policy of May 2026 to a fee from April 2026, which is totally illegal and unfair. ⛔ Avoid Premier Bank credit cards and their digital services if you want to save your money from hidden traps! Closing my card today.
