The worst customer service ever! I added a beneficiary nagad account (not mine), I verified tgat with OTP and everything. Now I can't do the transfer! When I try to do so from web portal or PMoney app, it is saying that 'to verify your nagad beneficiary, call 16167'. Well, I called twice and they are telling me to clear cache and cookies, unistalling and reinstalling PMmoney app! She asked me to call from the Nagad number where I called from my number that is added to my Premier acc! Nonsense CS

Thank You so much pmoney developer. You listened to us and you fixed the issues I mentioned in my previous review. Now the date format in the statement is perfect, no chance of confusion for general users. Also I was able to add other bank as beneficiary for BEFTN transfer, which I couldn't initially. Hopefully pmoney will keep developing, and become the most popular banking app.

Another bank transfer system is very slow. If the bank transfer system was faster, it would have been better. Clicking on the options mentioned in the app opens through a slide, which I found to be slow Then it is possible to work much faster
