Ratings and reviews

The app functionality is okay, but the user interface (UI) and design look very outdated for modern times. It feels slow, laggy, and lacks a seamless user experience (UX) compared to other banking apps. Highly request the developer team to completely redesign the app with a modern look and smoother navigation in the next update.

Very irritating. Need to call their helpline frequently to solve a very simple problem. Not like other banking apps, it is time consuming and complex. They will expense you by calling frequently to the helpline.

The worst customer service ever! I added a beneficiary nagad account (not mine), I verified tgat with OTP and everything. Now I can't do the transfer! When I try to do so from web portal or PMoney app, it is saying that 'to verify your nagad beneficiary, call 16167'. Well, I called twice and they are telling me to clear cache and cookies, unistalling and reinstalling PMmoney app! She asked me to call from the Nagad number where I called from my number that is added to my Premier acc! Nonsense CS
