The app is fantastic and can do anything . But the thing is there is no Debit card management system. I would like to draw your kind attention, developers!! Make another Section named Card where we can manage and control Debit card . In debit card section make variety of functions like card block , foreign part on off etc. We are all NRBC family and we love this system so why which I am telling you to improve and make it in the top ✅

It can happen that we forget our password and get it wrong but locking the account is completely ridiculous! I'm trying to log in 24hours later after it showed me the account is locked but still can't log in! Please fix your app and make it easy for the customers if I face difficulties to use the app then I would prefer not no use your app!

I'm really disappointed. Their customer service is very poor. I opened the account a few months ago, but they still haven't updated my phone number and email, making it impossible to withdraw money. I called customer service for help, but they just told me to contact the branch. However, every time I call the branch, they ask me to call again, which is causing a lot of frustration and inconvenience for everyone involved.
