CicadaShaker turns your phone into a shaker player and groove metronome built for guitarists. Instead of a plain click, it auto-plays musical shaker and percussion patterns you can actually play along to — so practice feels like jamming with a rhythm section.
Pick a groove, set the tempo, and play. CicadaShaker keeps the time while you focus on your hands.
FEATURES

PLAY IN SYNC (ABLETON LINK)
Jam with your DAW, looper or bandmates over Ableton Link. CicadaShaker is listen-only by default — it follows the session tempo and never hijacks it. When you want to lead, tap ARM to take control and drive the tempo yourself. ARM locks automatically while the session is playing, so nobody changes the tempo mid-song by accident.
BLUETOOTH-READY
Playing through a Bluetooth speaker or headphones? Bluetooth adds audio delay that can push the beat out of time. CicadaShaker includes an adjustable Bluetooth-delay control so you can pull the groove right back into the pocket.
