Souhoola is a consumer finance Company established in 2019 and allows instant access to financing your purchases such as Consumer goods, educational funding, Tourism Trips, Medical Clinics, Insurance Services, etc.
You can buy what you need and pay later what is purchased in equal monthly installments for up to 60 months, all you have to do is to answer some questions and upload the required documents directly to the app and your credit limit will be activated instantly to start your shopping experience!

the worst ever ! my app stopped working and my android version is 14 and it IS up to date and when i called the customer support he told me to delete the app and reinstall it as I didn't do it 5 times before i called him and he told me if it didn't work to call back and since then whenever i call back it rings twice and then gives me a voice mail ! what kind of hotline gives a voice mail even ?!! I regret even signing up with this service.

The application stopped working, due to the new update that just open over Android 13, however i am Android 10 Bad response from the Customer service agent, who was telling me ( you are Android 10 when you upgrade it will work with you ) how can i buy anything using the app, how can i mange my settlements !!!! Very Bad Technicians worked over this application !! replying to your fake response, how can i chat over the app and it is not working, i didn't receive any feedback from CS or the email

The absolute WORST application to ever exist, I swear not once was i able to open this app without issues and random closing and "maintenance" error or a blank page error, unfortunately need to use it for certain things but you need to change whoever maintains the app because he/they are doing an awful job! always an alert or an issue going on, constant crashing and refusal to start it makes me want to delete my acc and never use it again. PLEASE DO PROPER MAINTENANCE
