The app is EXTREMELY unreliable and there's no way to cancel your subscription. If you call their support number, it just goes to voicemail. Looking back at old reviews here, this is an ongoing problem with Screambox for YEARS. This app shouldn't be offered here at all. Do not install this on your phone. Do not subscribe. Do not give them credit card info or YOU WILL BE SORRY.

I can't get the app to play anything on any device so I emailed them and asked for them to cancel my subscription and to refund my money. They cancelled but said I couldn't get a refund and to just keep logging in and out of the app. Which is literally the first thing I tried. They also charged me twice. After a lot of back and forth where I sent multiple screenshots of the two charges they said they "couldn't find it" and told me I had to go through google for a refund on the 2nd charge. 0/5

Be wary of giving these guys your credit card info. Once you subscribe there's literally no way to cancel it. The "Cancel Subscription" link on their website is broken; it throws an error whether you're using the mobile app or the mobile website or the desktop website. To make matters worse, they say their support phone number is open every day until 5pm but no matter what time you call it just goes straight to voicemail. Very shady and malicious. Support is non-existent.
