Cierge is your personal concierge: a team dedicated to you, your needs, and making your life easier. A direct and private way to request what you need, by chat or call.

By chat or call
• Tap "Call" to speak with us, or chat with us in real time.

• Send photos, videos, and voice messages to better tell us what you need.

• See when your message has been delivered and read, and when we're replying.

• Each request has its own conversation: track them all in one place and see which ones are open and which ones are closed.

• Receive a notification every time your concierge replies.

A service that gets to know you
• Tell us about your preferences in food, drinks, travel, style, leisure, and culture, as well as any dietary restrictions.

• Save your important dates, such as birthdays and anniversaries.

• Choose which channel and time you prefer to be contacted. • Leave notes with anything you'd like your concierge to know.

• Update your profile whenever you want.

Privacy and Security
• Unlock the app with your fingerprint or facial recognition, depending on your device.

• For security, the app automatically locks after 10 minutes of inactivity.

Membership by Approval
Cierge is an exclusive service for members. Create your account and complete your profile; our team reviews each application and will notify you when your account is approved. From then on, you have full access.
