I could not find an option for forgotten passwords. what do I do, when I can't get into this app? I had it on my other phone, but it froze up. and I can't get into that one, either, to find my credentials...

Thanks for reaching out. You can contact us at support@cigotracker.com. Regarding your password, it’s controlled by the company administrator you work with. I suggest reaching out to them for a password reset.

It would be better if the delivery team could see customer's delivery rating on the app . Right now I have to ask the office for that info.It would also be very helpful if drivers could add a note besides for damage or a delivery being incomplete. sometimes everything goes perfect but comments or explanations are still needed.

this app is great for deliveries, but everytime i open it i get a notification that it's running and the only way to get it to stop running is to force close it. Not even just simply closing or shutting off the app stops it. Please fix this as it is very annoying and frustrating as i have to use this app everyday for work.
