Not able to reset password. Ie forgot password. Which I'm pretty sure I put the right password. No option to reset. Also wish we could reroute according to my start point. Also would be nice to see all notes that require drop offs to customers. Ie bags or cart.

Hey Yohnathon, Thank you for your feedback; we truly appreciate it. The ability to re-reroute is an available feature, but it needs to get activated by the admin of your account. Both requests have been shared with our team regarding the forgot password and seeing all notes feature.

this app is great for deliveries, but everytime i open it i get a notification that it's running and the only way to get it to stop running is to force close it. Not even just simply closing or shutting off the app stops it. Please fix this as it is very annoying and frustrating as i have to use this app everyday for work.

It would be better if the delivery team could see customer's delivery rating on the app . Right now I have to ask the office for that info
