I started buying from cilory before a month ago and after receiving first wrong product and size since last 15 days I am still waiting for pickup where different customer care people speak to me and convincing me the pickup will be done in 24 hours but no one showed up yet!! if you want to loose your money "cilory" is the best app!! they promise for easy returns but never return your money 🤑👎👎👎

Misleading, Irresponsible & Untrustworthy Would prefer negative ratings if possible. Cilory shows misleading delivery dates. At the time of order, expected delivery was Dec 16; today is Dec 18 and it’s still not delivered. No updates, no accountability, and pathetic customer care giving scripted replies. Once payment is taken, support disappears. Highly unreliable and unprofessional. Avoid this app.

i ordered a few things from here, and after checking the reviews, I canceled all my orders. it is better to save money before receiving the wrong products.
