FRAUD CHEATS SCAM. once you place an order the process is this. after few minutes notification that it's packed. after few hours another notification saying it's shipped. then you never hear from them for weeks. if you go to app and check it will says shipped. customer care will tell the same. meaning don't you dare call us. after weeks of waiting it says parcel delivered.no help from cc fraud

The worst ever experience.. I have returned my items which was not at all up to the mark substandard hence I returned. In such case they should refund the amount to my AC directly but what exactly the did,they kept in their wallet . When I tried to take back to my AC they are applying their T&C.Now they are compailing me to purchase if I don't purchase I will loose my amount. Other online shopping plateform are not behaving such. They directly refund the amount to AC .

worst experience...never buy from this app. it's a fraud. I bought top but due to fitting issue I returned the product. now they are not refunding the amount and marked the return request as they have not received the product. they don't have own delivery channel using dtdc. when I called Customer care they are saying they received book instead of top and asking for evidence to prove that I have returned the same product. hence you cannot trust on the company. it's a fraud company never purchas
