Don't waste your time or money. My refrigerator broke and stopped cooling. Called and paid the $150 deductible and scheduled the service. A tech came out and repaired the refrigerator a week later. It lasted a few days. Requested another service. A week later someone came out. They stated it will cost too much to fix and needs to be replaced. After multiple attempts to contact and unsuccessful the refrigerator was taken to the dump. Cinch said they wouldn't pay out and closed the ticket.

Horrible company. They've been taking an extra $25 out of my account every month for 9 years! They know they breach contracts every single year for everyone they do business with. They have yet to send the recorded phone calls where they admit to this. They currently owe me more than $2,000 that they took out of my account. They even said they messed up and they would refund the over payments... 100% do not recommend this company.

Really loving the new app, especially now that I can place Marcone parts orders directly in the app to! It's very convenient!
