Please do not spend your money trying to rent a movie from this app. When I finally found a way to actually get a movie to play on my TV, the absolute best we could get was 480p. I ended up having to rent the movie a second time from YouTube where it worked flawlessly. Cineplex - if you're going to offer a product, please make it functional. As is, it feels like you're stealing money for something that's unusable. I promise you, no Cineplex employees use this store.

While I'm happy that I can access my dozens of Cineplex movies I have paid for, I cannot rewind, restart, or fast forward, which are the most basic of functions. What a disappointment. I find myself having to find the movies on other platforms even though I've paid for them on Cineplex. It's such a frustrating experience, I've given up on CosmoGo and will not be purchasing any more movies from Cineplex.

I guess I should be glad that I can still access my library of movies. But I tried to watch one of them and 30 min in and had to restart because I can't fast forward??!! What kind of janky video app is this, c'mon. This sucks. I won't be buying more movies through this app. Plus the prices are higher than the Prime app, and there's nothing really new. I hope I can save the movies I purchased, but it doesn't look good. Why Cineplex?!
