If I could give zero stars I would. Hours spent attempting to cast to Chromecast, with multiple restarts and resets of app, phone, Chromecast, modem, router, etc. Support responded within 24 with a list of things to do that I had already done. Repeat email messages to support. Two weeks in and support is MIA, and no refund on the movie that won't play. Don't waste your time or your money.

App will not open on Android smart phone. Not able to access with online browser either. It just hangs then gives an error as if the website does not exist. Not able to access my purchased movies. Can't seem to contact CosmoGo support. What gives? Can't access movies I paid for. sounds like it could be time for a class action law suit to get our money back. Contacted Cineplex help. Their response was basically, TOO BAD. WE ARE NOT RESPONSIBLE ANY LONGER, even though they have our money.

Refused to give a refund for such an abysmal selection of content for their "streaming service" Things were misrepresented on what would be available to watch at purchase, I could only find out later on when I wanted to watch movies after purchase. I will never be subscribing again and I will never recommend this trash to friends, in fact, I will be actively telling people to avoid it.
