Please do not spend your money trying to rent a movie from this app. When I finally found a way to actually get a movie to play on my TV, the absolute best we could get was 480p. I ended up having to rent the movie a second time from YouTube where it worked flawlessly. Cineplex - if you're going to offer a product, please make it functional. As is, it feels like you're stealing money for something that's unusable. I promise you, no Cineplex employees use this store.

Refused to give a refund for such an abysmal selection of content for their "streaming service" Things were misrepresented on what would be available to watch at purchase, I could only find out later on when I wanted to watch movies after purchase. I will never be subscribing again and I will never recommend this trash to friends, in fact, I will be actively telling people to avoid it.

While I'm happy that I can access my dozens of Cineplex movies I have paid for, I cannot rewind, restart, or fast forward, which are the most basic of functions. What a disappointment. I find myself having to find the movies on other platforms even though I've paid for them on Cineplex. It's such a frustrating experience, I've given up on CosmoGo and will not be purchasing any more movies from Cineplex.
