Don't purchase movies here! The movies I have purchased have all had the stream downgraded to 360p or lower, so the picture and sound quality are horrible. Unwatchable really, unless you're in the year 1980. I have put in a ticket to have this resolved, and they're claimed would get back to me in 72hrs, but I haven't heard back in more than a week. Hugely disappointed as I own several of my favorite movies on this app.

I'd give this app -5 if I could, it is AWFUL! We have a pretty good size movie library from Cineplex and now can't watch them. The playback is horrible, the frame rate is slow & glitchy, the movies stop playing radomly, the app crashes constantly, and can only delete 1 device in a 24 period. I have submitted numerous tickets to support and there have been zero improvements. Unfortunetly all of the movies purchased when it was Cineplex are just gone to us now and will have to be replaced.

If I could give zero stars I would. Hours spent attempting to cast to Chromecast, with multiple restarts and resets of app, phone, Chromecast, modem, router, etc. Support responded within 24 with a list of things to do that I had already done. Repeat email messages to support. Two weeks in and support is MIA, and no refund on the movie that won't play. Don't waste your time or your money.
