App keeps signing me out, despite selecting the option to keep me signed in. Told me my password was wrong and wouldn't let me reset it to the one I just tried, on account of it being a previously used password. Then locked me out of my account for 2 hours, which is a ridiculous amount of time to be locked out. Especially considering the point of opening the app was to show proof of insurance.

Lacks important info and requires logon EVERY time the app is opened. Even though there's a link labelled "Policy", there's no policy language for the auto policy. So there's no explanation of coverage. As an ex-adjuster, this is unforgivable. And, even my banking app (which has much more critical info), doesn't require login every opening. Ridiculous!

Can't believe it's this bad! First you cannot share the app and policy numbers between household members so you can have your insurance on your phone! Only one household member can do that. Brilliant! Second, the latest update will not allow you to pass the "agreeing to terms" page. My recommendation is hiring a software company rather than whoever you current use. For such a great company this software is comical.
