​As a Coinstar employee, I recently had the opportunity to test out our new Cinq debit loading process firsthand. I wanted to see exactly how the user experience felt, and I’m happy to report it was incredibly seamless. ​I used a Coinstar kiosk to load cash onto my reloadable debit card. The interface was intuitive, and the transaction processed almost instantly. To put it to the final test, I headed straight to a local cafe and used those funds to buy a coffee—no delays, no hiccups.

revised review, initially one star, two out of three initial transactions failed, money held up etc. gave yet another try as there aren't other options where I live, and service has been reliable since. however the fees end up being sort of crazy and they don't go down at higher amounts. what they call the "spread" is a gimmicky word, their way of saying you're going to get less because we're going to pretend what you're buying is a lot more when it has nothing to do with a true trading spread

As an employee of Coinstar I have been able to see the app grow and continue to improve time and time again. It recently got an update and a debit card is now available through the app. Easily loaded my money through the kiosk onto my card and went shopping. Even more convenient than the cash receipt as I could immediately spend...no wait!
