Ratings and reviews

In the beginning it was great. Now it's such a hassle even after I created a password to also need biometrics to sign in. I got this card because I had a lot of loose change in my house and thought the idea to load the amount onto the debit card to spend was a great idea. Now I'm not sure I'll continue to use it. Too much trouble!!!

revised review, initially one star, two out of three initial transactions failed, money held up etc. gave yet another try as there aren't other options where I live, and service has been reliable since. however the fees end up being sort of crazy and they don't go down at higher amounts. what they call the "spread" is a gimmicky word, their way of saying you're going to get less because we're going to pretend what you're buying is a lot more when it has nothing to do with a true trading spread

Since 0 stars are not an option, between the continued waiting, uninstalling and reinstalling to access my account. Never seeing my money in my my account for hours to almost an entire day. Problems with the sending part. Bitcoin has issues with the receiving party. High charge rates all across the board. ATM kiosks charge, spread rate, then the actual fee that coinstar still charges. If anything else was available and close I'd be using it in a heartbeat.
