Communications Infrastructure Permit Management (CIPM) is a system based on a web application where this system will be accessed by several groups of Users namely; Local Authorities (PBT), Structure Owners (TELCO), State Economic Planning Unit (UPEN) and MCMC as owners of the CIPM system.
This system will be accessed through a centralized application hosted at the Malaysian Communications and Multimedia Commission (SKMM) Headquarters in Cyberjaya.
