CIP experienced a downtime but I believe from recent personal experience that they have come up again. The issue of debit without delivery has stopped. I strongly believe it was glitches experienced during the upward review of data and general network prices. My rating has switched to 5 star. Let's tap bogus profit partnering with them. Kudos CIP!!

Very Useless app, which I cannot even recharge my meter for the past three days and my money is there, and no way to transfer my money out to another wallet to enable me recharge my meter. I have to use the whole money to buy only airtime and data. Even chat with costumer care service, only to be telling me that they will fix the problem and up till now since three days no solution to the issue of recharging prepaid and my money is there, no way to take it from the useless app
