used to be good their data connection. But after upgraded to 5g, their connection is bad and getting bad to worst each day. Connection can suddenly go off or slow down whenever in train or home or outside. In the past they do not have these issues. With that say, no choice got to port out to eight telecom.

used to be good. I pay extra for 5G yet I get 4G in most areas. customer service is non existent. I bet you in response I will get a "were sorry to hear of your experience! please email us at...". don't waste your money. they use M1's infrastructure hence why they suck. what a waste of money.

Worst connectivity plan I ever had, with random outages throughout the day that is not based on location. On rainy or cloudy days, the internet also tends to slow down leading to interrupted network. The data also shuts down frequently for no rhyme or reason. Please consider switching to other plans.
