this is by far the WORSE telco ive ever used. its always the connection issue. my signal strength shows full bar but no internet connection, no matter where i am. it started out great but went from bad to worse. looking at the past reviews regarding the connection problems, im definitely switching to other telco now as it looks like they're not doing anything about it

....i thought app has improved but it seems even payments for my plans are delayed, making it harder to track on when my $$ is going to be deducted. which is a huge incovenience cause i might accidentally used up the money for some other important things. thats it im gonna change plans already this is annoying. 😒😒😒

Not focused on being a Telco. Simple features like checking my phone number or logging out of the app is not easily available. Too many other features like rewards and add ons.
