I'm regretting making the switch already. First they mess up my order by inputting the incorrect mobile number on the order and upon consulting a support rep via the app, I was told it was an error on my end. This clearly is not the case as the mobile number on the delivery note shows the correct number AND I have the screenshots of the details I inputted. Next issue is with the app itself. After cancelling the initial order and ordering another sim, I've downloaded the app and it won't let me

Absolute garbage. Was trying to port over from starhub to circles, got my esim, but couldn't scan the qr. I reported this issue and they were responsive, but its been 2 weeks now and I havent heard from them about the progress on my issue unless I contact them, to which they'll just say "relevant teams are working on it, without giving me any real, concrete updates as to what's going on. they make it seem that they have control but in reality when u dig deeper they dont know what's going on.0/10

My customer service officer, Andrea that attended to me via the app on the 23rd of June was incredibly patient and helpful. The app allows you to manage and customise your SIM plan easily. Buying a new device was also straightforward. However, there is room for improvement in making it much easier for users to retrieve or get to their current orders. The current method is too long-winded.
