I'm regretting making the switch already. First they mess up my order by inputting the incorrect mobile number on the order and upon consulting a support rep via the app, I was told it was an error on my end. This clearly is not the case as the mobile number on the delivery note shows the correct number AND I have the screenshots of the details I inputted. Next issue is with the app itself. After cancelling the initial order and ordering another sim, I've downloaded the app and it won't let me

Terrible experience with Customer Service. Beware of false advertising especially when they mention "Rest of the World" roaming data, read the footnote.. "Rest of the World" is not really true, u will release, you are only given 1GB for Global roaming data instead of whatever number of GB shown on their advertisement. Sent a feedback on this took them more than a week still no resolution. They even attempt to close the case without providing any solution, sending you a survey to complete.

Lousy app. Many functions not working even with the latest version, such as option to change my plan. My plan which I got years ago - the price kept increasing yet the customer service is non existent, can't get help in the app, emailed and no reply for 3 days, no hotline, only option to leave a voice message on their phone number.
