I'm regretting making the switch already. First they mess up my order by inputting the incorrect mobile number on the order and upon consulting a support rep via the app, I was told it was an error on my end. This clearly is not the case as the mobile number on the delivery note shows the correct number AND I have the screenshots of the details I inputted. Next issue is with the app itself. After cancelling the initial order and ordering another sim, I've downloaded the app and it won't let me

Circles user from Mar'17 to Sep'26. Switched due to gaming latency and lack of data roaming. Latency was 85ms to 293ms, competitor was 9ms to 13ms. Lack of included data roaming was inconvenient and data roaming purchased from app was unreliable. It is not a bad telco, there were just better options available.

very very very very very poor customer service which you have to go through channels via live chat agents and ongoing endless emails and no one to speak to. once you have a problem, you are on your own. and when they solve it, they just anyhow do it.
