After upgrading to 5G, i had a difficult time subscribing to it and activating it because I couldn't find the 5G banner I had to look for even after reinstalling the app twice. Chatted with a few Happiness Experts, and finally JB assisted in manually activating it from his end. Problem solved within a few hours.

Services are horrible there are better plans out there. I got a reply to ask to fix it but I have been having ongoing issues with their service specifically their physical sim and the have a death loop in the regards to singpass and physical ltvp card verification. (Singapore doesn't provide physical cards for ltvp holders anymore). The fact that their service team can't look up the issues or what would be open service tickets with no solution in 24 hours.

Ajhay from customer service has been a great help in answering my queries to make sense financially. He practices active listening and is detailed in his explanation, which greatly assists in my decisions. I have been a loyal Circles.Life patron for decades and will always choose Circles.Life.
