Lousy app. Many functions not working even with the latest version, such as option to change my plan. My plan which I got years ago - the price kept increasing yet the customer service is non existent, can't get help in the app, emailed and no reply for 3 days, no hotline, only option to leave a voice message on their phone number.

used to be good their data connection. But after upgraded to 5g, their connection is bad and getting bad to worst each day. Connection can suddenly go off or slow down whenever in train or home or outside. In the past they do not have these issues. With that say, no choice got to port out to eight telecom.

this is by far the WORSE telco ive ever used. its always the connection issue. my signal strength shows full bar but no internet connection, no matter where i am. it started out great but went from bad to worse. looking at the past reviews regarding the connection problems, im definitely switching to other telco now as it looks like they're not doing anything about it
