Cirola Chill blocks the apps you choose, for as long as you choose: a 15-minute break, an hour, a day — or forever, until you decide otherwise.

WORDS THAT REACH YOU
When you reach for a blocked app, Chill answers with a message shaped by what you love — your family, your projects, the life waiting off your phone. Never shame, never a lecture. You can add your own words too: the reminders only you know you need.

FLEXIBLE SESSIONS
From a quick pause to an open-ended quiet. Timed sessions end on their own; a Forever session lasts until you consciously end it — with a calm moment of reflection, not a guilt trip.

HARD TO ESCAPE. ON PURPOSE.
The block is sturdy enough to interrupt the reflex, and there is always a way out. Chill is a companion, not a warden.

CALM BY DEFAULT
No streaks, no points, no push notifications begging you to come back. The app does its job quietly and stays out of your way.

PRIVATE BY DEFAULT
Your app choices, your sessions, and your personal messages stay on your device. Chill collects no data. None.

Chill uses Android's usage access to notice when a blocked app opens, and display-over-apps permission to show its gentle shield. Both are granted by you, in Settings, and used for nothing else.

A small clarity update: the home screen now makes it plain that the daily allowance runs on its own — the moment you turn it on, the card says so, and the Start button clearly belongs to sessions only.
