HOW DOES IT WORK?
The CirrusMD experience is similar to texting. After you register, start securely messaging with a doctor just like you'd text a friend. Start and stop your conversations at any time and use the platform as often as you'd like.

Connect to an in-network doctor 24 hours a day, 7 days a week
Text, share photos or video chat for as long as needed
Avoid unnecessary trips to the doctor and refill prescriptions (controlled substances, non-therapeutic and certain other drugs may not be available)
Access your message history and follow-up any time

WHEN SHOULD I USE CIRRUSMD?
Use CirrusMD when you have general medical questions or feel sick, but it’s not an emergency. Examples of conditions to talk about include:
Coughs, fevers, sore throat
Earaches, stomach pain, diarrhea
Rashes, allergic reactions, animal/insect bites
Sports injuries, burns, heat-related illness
Urinary tract infections
General or more serious health questions

Worst app I've ever used. I have a fever of 102 and I'm writing this review instead of going to urgent care because I'm so angry. Tried to log in, wrong password, fine, click forgot password link. It requires you to enter your birthday, in a widget that defaults to today and you can only go back 1 month at a time. I had to hit left 480 times to get the email with a reset link. Then it didn't even work. Said had to enter required fields, but my new password was already def in both. Unbelievable.

Downloaded app, clicked register which took me to a page that said create account at the top, cool...I enter basic info to create my account and an error message pops up and literally tells me "We have no records matching the info you provided"....um yeah you shouldn't that's why I'm creating an account...acting like I'm trying to log in to an existing account with the wrong info..? This app is seriously handicapped.

I had 1 good experience and I raved to my loved ones. I've tried to use it 2x since then and have been disappointed & upset respectively. The marketing suggests that you can just refill any maintenance meds whenever you need them. It's impossible for me to get face-to-face appts w my primary doc, but I didn't stress bc I knew I could use Cirrus. Well, they only want you to use them in an emergency. But they don't tell you that until it's too late to get an appointment with your primary dr.
