The app is good and easy to use. However, I contacted customer service over a matter, and they ended up changing my password before notifying me about it; the automated security alerts led me to believe I was being hacked and I ended up getting locked out because my own password was registered as wrong. Despite all that, they were quick to resolve the issue and did explain the situation, which I greatly appreciate. Just please inform people beforehand if security changes need to be made.

For the OTP verification, it says the code expired even though I entered the code less than 30 seconds despite having a 10 minute limit. I have done this multiple times with the same results. Please fix this bug

App needs an update UI. I would also be cautious about using this service. If something happens and you need assistance from them, their customer service is terrible.
