Citadel helps you to create an assets and material goods library, to manage their condition, their maintenance history and their obsolescence.

Citadel is used by municipal and institutional administrators, as well as individuals, who wish to have a global picture of their asset base.
With map view, list view, a powerful search engine and advanced filtration, the application serves users with a few assets as well as organizations with tens of thousands.

What’s new

This version introduces QR codes in the mobile app: scan an asset's code to open its record instantly, directly from the app or using your phone's native camera. Intervention reports now support custom descriptive fields per zone. Forms are also more intuitive: required fields are easier to spot, the page automatically scrolls to the first missing field on submission, and empty fields are hidden in asset, request, report, and work order records.
