About this app

CitaFlow is the official app for existing CitaFlow customers, the Spanish platform for bookings, scheduling, and client management for service-based businesses. With this companion app, you can manage your day-to-day operations from your Android device, with access to your calendar, clients, and business settings, without relying on a browser.

Built for hair salons, barbershops, beauty centers, hair removal centers, nail salons, spas and wellness venues, tattoo studios, gyms, auto repair shops, psychologists, lawyers, and other appointment-based businesses, CitaFlow helps you centralize bookings, clients, and availability in one place.

What you can do from the app:

• Real-time calendar and schedule
View your appointments by day, week, or month. Check the status of each booking and quickly access client details.

• Client management and CRM
Access client profiles, appointment history, internal notes, and preferences. Add new clients and update existing information from anywhere. The platform includes a full CRM and connected calendar.

• Bookings synced across your channels
Any changes you make in the app are reflected in your online booking system. CitaFlow lets you manage bookings from your website, an embeddable widget, and, depending on your setup, also through WhatsApp and Telegram.

• Automatic notifications and reminders
Stay on top of new bookings, changes, and cancellations. CitaFlow sends automatic confirmations and reminders by email, and can extend to channels such as WhatsApp or SMS depending on your active plan.

• AI chatbot for bookings and customer inquiries
If you have the AI Chatbot module enabled, CitaFlow can automatically reply to your customers on WhatsApp and Telegram, book appointments, answer common questions, and check real-time availability. It can also operate through your website via widget.

• Knowledge base and smart automation
The AI can learn about your business from text, audio, or documents to answer questions about services, opening hours, pricing, and other business details. Some bookings or replies can also be subject to approval when needed.

• AI phone assistant and call handling
If you have a voice plan enabled, your AI receptionist can answer calls 24/7, respond to customer questions, and book appointments automatically. From your CitaFlow environment, you can track activity and results linked to that channel.

• Integrated support
Contact the CitaFlow support team whenever you need help.

Privacy and requirements:

This application is a companion app for users who already have an active CitaFlow account. Sign-up, plan purchases, and subscription or module management are handled through the website. Some features, such as AI chatbot, AI phone assistant, WhatsApp, Telegram, SMS, or other advanced channels, depend on the selected plan.
