Citalook is the appointment app for independent barbers and beauticians, and for clients who want to book without having to call anyone.

FOR CLIENTS

Log in with your name and phone number. No need to create an account or remember passwords.

1. Enter the code shared with you by your professional (for example: pedro-barber).

2. Choose the day and time from their available slots.

3. Select your haircut and add extras like beard trim, eyebrow shaping, or a wash.

4. Decide if you want to come to the shop or have them come to your home.

The total is updated at each step, including the travel cost, so you know exactly how much you'll pay before confirming.

You can also view your upcoming appointments and your appointment history, reschedule or cancel whenever you need to, find professionals near you on the map, and send your appointment details via WhatsApp.

FOR BARBERS AND BEAUTICIANS

Citalook gives you your own booking code (citalook/your-business) to share with your clients wherever you are.

- Schedule your current appointments and upcoming dates: confirm, edit, reschedule, or cancel.

- Your live status: available, cutting, or away, and how many clients are waiting.

- Your catalog of cuts and extras, with prices you set.

- A portfolio of photos of your work, which your clients see when booking.

- A client directory with their history.

- Payment methods: cash, mobile payment, or Binance Pay. Activate the ones you use.

- Optional deposit: require a percentage upfront to secure the appointment.

- Appear on the map and let new clients find you nearby.

- Client reviews and credit balance when a refund is due.

Professional accounts operate on a monthly subscription. For clients, Citalook is free.
