Using the Citibank mobile app is frustrating. There's no option to add utilities or payees directly; you must log in to the website. If that's the case, why have an app at all? Adding SEWA isn't possible on either the app or the website. You can't view supplementary cards or access cashback options. The app merely replicates SMS notifications, offering no additional value. In contrast, other bank apps are seamless, integrating everything in one place. Please address these issues immediately.

It's not possible to make a transfer, the application is giving error every time. Update: previous issue got fixed. New added: permanent loading screen when choose any option from dropdown at "other transfer request" menu. Works occasionally once you restart session multiple times.

Mobile app keeps crashing (android) it cant even hold 2 mins until it crashes again - any lead or troubleshoot to this? App is updated btw.
