This update includes:
• Emergency Center: You can now activate an Emergency Service Transaction Lock directly from the Citi Mobile® login page if you suspect fraud or believe your login credentials or accounts have been compromised. This lock applies to all your outgoing transactions, including pre-authorized and pre-scheduled payments.

• Inbox: You can now conveniently view your latest push notifications by tapping the new "Inbox" icon on the login page, without needing to fully log in.

Ratings and reviews

Overall good but usually encounters login issues which extends for very long, days together. It defeats the purpose of having an online facility.

I paid in 10 days advance my credit card balance and when I check in the app it is already credited but when I check the following morning it goes back to the previous balance. Citibank app is not reliable!

very bad online rather mobile banking..my issues faced 1) no option ..as mentioned in support..profile and setting 2) no option for cheque book requedt 3) no option to write back back 4) no option for mention complain / write your issues.5) very incoviniance mobile banking..u can only see balance or send mony 6) closed india citibank called Citinri..dont know why..7) international funds tranfer made huge pricing.. overall it feel is ir bank or a KINGDOM RULING..8) SORRY TOTALY EMBARACING HOPELE
