It doesn't show you how much you have spent, how much you have paid. No summary, no break up of expenses. Better find more interactive app. They have designed the app in a manner, you can't taken into account of your expense and payments & eventually miss one of payment deadline so they can bill you for it.

This app was always years behind other banks inasmuch as we can't use Samsung Pay. But now it doesn't even open. New security feature apparently but so secure I can't get in. No point in calling customer services, tried that and got nowhere. Citi are a great bank but this app lets them down significantly.

Its the worst of all mobil banking apps I have used. Been trying to add my new user details. No matter how many times I use both upper and lower case letters, it keeps telling me to do the same to move forward
