You can no longer see the statements nor see recent transactions. Not only that, but the app no longer allows managing payees like telecom bills and other simple transactions. User interface is nicer I guess? Developer responded with "please report issues to this email" rather than address my actual review. Removing a star from my rating. Edit 2: I cannot login anymore with an error asking me to upgrade even though I have the latest version.

One of the highest interest rate and charges, but poorest customer services. For last 3 days trying to speak with helpline agents but failed to do that. All the times after 2.30 minutes get the option that you have to wait for 15 minutes but fail to speak even if you be on the call for 30 minutes. And it is a paid line.

I like Citi bank and its cards. But if you want to talk to customer service agent just need to make sure you have 30 minutes free time to wait at call. This is disturbing honestly. No option to do chat I waisted my balance and time just to report a small transaction.
