Ratings and reviews

App doesn't have any key to go back to previous page... neither responds to back button. Just to go to home page, everytime you have to close the app by removing it from recent app and then open it again. Home page doesn't shows any details of account, just your current unbilled amount... nothing else. Worst mobile banking app ever came across.

This app is complete garbage. I'm actually surprised when I CAN login to my account. Fingerprint authentication is a joke. Fingerprint accepted...please login using your credentials...EVERY TIME! All the two-factor authentication is trash. Even their website is inept. If it wasn't for the 2% cash back, I would be using a different provider.

The letter I received with my card said to download the "citi mobile" app. After trying my card number multiple times with no success I decided to Che k my welcome emails. From here I went to the register section of the website which had a download link to a different app. If this app doesn't work for you, it might be the wrong one? Very misleading documentation.
