The new update, didn't work at first, you cannot transfer money. On advice below, I uninstalled the old one then tried again, still didn't work, wiped the temporary files, logged in and out two times and then it worked. Now it is fine....one criticism, on the old one you could see which account the card is linked to, I have to pass several menus to get the information.

Feb 2016: Nice for simple banking, but you can't download statements or set-up/delete payees. It needs to do everything the web version does. I set it up for finger print access, but it still asked for my password. Mar 2019: Still havent added the missing functions 3 years after reporting them and, it's not possible to set up recurring payments or delete existing ones. Jul 2020: Citi updated the app, but it crashed when trying to activate a new card.

Reasonable, but definitely needs some basics added. The ability to add a new payee, or view the full details of an existing payee is necessary. I do not prefer transferring without the ability to check the full details of the payee. Also I note adding a payee in Revolut always verifies the account nbr and name etc match, but banks like Citi don't offer this. That's a sore miss as well.
