Such a terrible software experience, and it's unbelievable that it comes from a product of a big company.

Several times: "system busy"! can only login "by chance", what a terrible app! this is a BANK App! considering complaining to HKMA!

App not working on both of my phones after latest update. "Security risk detected, to prevent malware attacks, please do not root, jailbreak or connect to any USB/software with your device". My phones are neither rooted or have developer options/USB debugging enabled". Might as well close my account if I can't use this bank's app.
