It is ok. Almost impossible to transfer a pass the day of a game. App makes you turn on location before you can do anything. Then, it will find the location and automatically authorize the pass. Then, I can't transfer the pass anymore. Please change the app to not require location to be on to transfer passes so I can transfer a pass without it being authorized first. Thanks!

Apparently, they don't have the money to hire developers for maintenance because their app doesn't work. It just sits on the load screen, even after uninstalling and reinstalling the app. You only got my business because your prices are less than the city. SMH. Side note: as I was fighting with the app, their parking attendant pulled up and parked in a HANDICAPPED SPOT instead of the SEVERAL OTHER OPEN SPOTS to go about checking the lot. Just piss poor all the way around...

So far, so good. Ticketmaster was sold out for parking for the FooFighters in Portland tomorrow. Found parking on this app. It's even 3 dollars cheaper than Ticketmaster. I'm still a little afraid after all the bad reviews. I'll update after the concert. Update.....it was freaking awesome. Ticketmaster was sold out. I thought i was going to have to park a couple miles away. I was able to purchase a spot with the app and when i got to the garage i showed them my proof that i paid with the app and they let me in. Easy as hell. Definitely will use it again for my next concert.
