About this app

Take a photo of any physical proof of age/photo ID card issued by a UK National Proof of Age Standards Scheme (PASS) card issuer to quickly check if the card you are shown is genuine.

The app only works for physical PASS cards that are nationally-available: CitizenCard, MyIDCard, Post Office, Totum NUS and Young Scot PASS cards. This app cannot validate local or expired cards.

We treat the privacy of all cardholders very seriously. The card and age verification process is robust. No personal details are stored within the app. The app needs an internet connection to work and contacts the card issuer’s servers to verify a cardholder.

I hope you didn't pay any money to the developers of this app. What a load of junk! The app isn't able to capture my card's data because to get the card to fill the yellow box you need to hold it 2 ft away from the camera, there is absolutely no focus on it either. So you then have to manually enter the card number, dob and name, this is where the app fails yet again! It takes me to a screen that say the card may be fake, do not trust the information. I think you need to start again. zero stars.

Friday & Saturday night at workplace Young Scot cards are not scanning on the app... myself & my colleagues who work in the security industry keep getting the 'error' message & there's no update required on the app so what's going on??? This app has been an essential piece of kit for us at our workplace & because of this issue we can't accept that ID so i hope it gets resolved with developers soon !🤔 #updated review All good now! Scanning Young Scot cards again...thanks 🙏👍

NOT a reliable app got my card from the citizens website and, my card is fully scanable on back and works under uv light but comes up on the app that it is fake! Untrustworthy
