Ratings and reviews

App has many fancy (and most of those are useful) controls. However, the TV integration sucks! It doesn't cast properly. For most of my stay, even the channels didn't play at all. The screen was black even though app said TV is playing a channel. All you can do is restart the TV using the app, no other troubleshooting available. I didn't use the TV much, so didn't feel the need to do the only other recommendation provided by the app - call an admin for help.

Super cute with modern luxury features such as room controls via the app. I especially love the mood settings and calming music. The bathroom situation is a little too small. Especially when getting out of the shower. Theres not much room to get dressed. The cocktails were a little pricy. I paid $14 for a tiny Margherita but, the balcony was an awesome place to drink sip on it. I would definitely stay here again!

The app is AWFUL! Nearly every action returns the unhelpful "something went wrong" error message. It advertises checking in in advance. Nope. The courteous staff suggested trying again once connected to the WiFi. Nope. Ordering drinks through the app. Nope. Uninstalled and disappointed with the entire experience. I work in IT and software development; let me know if our company can help.
