Ratings and reviews

App is ok, just don't expect to do mobile deposits. I have made numerous attempts, and it always rejects the photos stating an endorsement is missing. I have all 3 things on the back, yet it always complains about the endorsement. I have tried in many different lighting conditions, and even with a second phone, and cannot get it to work.

I'm doing another review and giving the app 4 stars instead of the one star I gave B4.I love the bank &I'm learning to love the app. It has tutorials to help with online account banking.4 me it was the added controls I now had over my accounts,debit cards & other long list of controls dealing with my bank accounts. it even tells who all has my card saved in store or in their app. u can even turn ur card on or off.There are more controls than I can list here.Yes I recommend the bank &the app too

I have been using Citizen Bank and Trust for over ten yrs and this app for 8 yrs. Very satisfied with the app and Citizens is a great bank.
