GETTING STARTED

Ratings and reviews

It used to be awesome but now it's a little rough. It's a bit slower. I've been catching glitches and helping them work through them and they have made positive changes! The ease of use of the old app had is somewhat lost but getting better. Switch debit cards on and off is more cumbersome, as well as navigation in general but this is still a better bank to deal with overall!

Citizen's makes you feel safe, comfortable, and confident in all your banking needs. I moved out of state, but have kept them as my primary bank. They're just a phone call, or a click away when I need them.
