Worst bank I have ever deal with. I have multiple bank accounts so I constantly move funds around as I see fit. This bank gives you a hard time when you're trying to pull money from it. I've had 4 ach reversals in the past 2-4 weeks. They'll gladly take your money but give you hell to release it. I will be closing my account and moving on. Just beware if you move funds around to try and hit a bank bonus or what not.

They have continually made mistakes with my bill pay. It is difficult to get help by phone and message, and when you talk to someone they can't answer the questions! It has to be "escalated". They have only been in business for maybe 4 years. Their lack of experience shows!

What a great banking option. Great savings rate as well as on checking. They just need more advertising and the spend folders reworked and they would be golden. I replied to your support email.
