About this app

GO by Citizens provides you with access to all your favorite C3 restaurants at once. Get your fix of premium sushi from Krispy Rice, that craveable fifth taste burger from Umami, or a mouth watering sandwich from Sam’s Crispy Chicken. We have something for everyone and you can order it all, easily from our app.

Krispy Rice, The innovative sushi concept is the brainchild of C3. The menu features popular dishes such as king salmon with yuzu, plant-based truffle avocado, handrolls like spicy Hamachi, and wasabi alongside maki rolls, nigiri, and premium sashimi. The Krispy Rice menu, conceived by the team that brought you Katsuya, has been in development for over five years, and has been designed specifically for delivery.

Umami Burger, founded in 2009, is the international fan favorite from sbe, with locations around the world. The Umami Burger delivery menu is centered around the ultimate burger experience with options like the essential Umami Classic Burger and the Umami Double Truffle featuring truffle cheese fondue, truffle aioli, and truffle glaze. Umami Burger is also a pioneer of the Impossible™ Burger, being the first restaurant to offer the plant-based substitute. Additionally, the menu offers a variety of combo boxes that are great for groups and shareable sides like the classic Thin Fries, Loaded Truffle Fries, or Mac n’ Cheese.

Sam’s Crispy Chicken was inspired by an unflagging demand for fried chicken and bold flavor combinations, all infused with its Los Angeles roots. The Sam’s Crispy Chicken menu offers an extensive array of crave-worthy fried chicken sandwiches, Belgian Liege style waffles, plant-based options, and more. Adhering to rigorous standards and unique cooking methods, the menu places equal value on quality and expediency to ensure that the integrity of the items isn’t compromised from kitchen to doorstep.

I had absolutely no trouble at all signing up for the app or adding a payment. I do love the fact that you can order from different restaurants in the same cart and only pay one delivery fee so that's super convenient. The only trouble I had was that the promotion code that initially was on the Ad that led me to download the app didn't work for a free burger but I was able to get a free krispy taco instead. Aside from that it's still worth all 5 stars.

Garbage. Sign in with Google doesnt work. Help system doesnt work, just gives you an error that you can only read part of because the box that pops up cuts the message off. Not available in my area even though they're specifically advertising here. Also cant delete account through the app.

Pretty darn decent app. No fees. Everything seems to work. No complaints thus far. In the day and age of Uber Eats with excessive fees, this is super welcome especially when you just want to grab an order yourselffff My suggestions to dev team are maybe to make grouping of name and photos more distinctly together. Can be minorly confusing for a second.
