I HATE the new mandatory 2-step authentication! I log in using our password. It now makes me do a 2-step authentication code, which would befine if it worked. I go to my SMS to get the code. When I go back to the Citizens app to enter the code, it reloads the app to the login with password screen, and wants to send a new code. VERY ANNOYING AND USELESS!!

Latest update is a disaster. Instead of programming for the user, it is a hodge-podge of programmers toys. Oversized "buttons" and displays that run off the edge of the screen. Processes that FORCE users to adopt the progammer's limits rather than flow with the user's process. Non-intuitive groupings and unpleasant visuals. The only, ONLY, reason I gave it 2 stars is it is faster loading and processing. Not worth the trade off in user's information search time, however.
