Citofy is the virtual intercom system for residential complexes and buildings. Turn your cell phone into your apartment's intercom: receive video calls from the security guard or your visitors directly in the app, without relying on physical wiring or traditional intercoms.

With Citofy Residents you can:

📞 Receive video calls from the security guard and video intercoms in real time, just like a normal phone call.

👥 View and manage your visitors, with an entry history and QR access codes to authorize entry securely.

📦 Check your packages and mail pending pickup.

🚗 Check the status of your parking space and any associated fees.

🔔 Receive instant push notifications when someone calls you from the security guard, even with the app closed.

🏢 Multi-complex: If you live in or manage more than one unit, Citofy automatically identifies your residential complex when you log in.

Citofy works seamlessly with your building's management platform (reception, PBX, and access control), designed to provide security and convenience for both residents and security personnel.

To use the app, your residential complex must be registered with Citofy, and you must have your access credentials provided by the management.
