Ratings and reviews

You can't send a complaint and every time you write one and click send the app shows an error message and freezes

App needs to be updated! Last update 2021! Are you gonna fix the update problem or am i gonna keep editing my review everytime for you to acknowledge me 😅

It say there is new update, but only shows "open" in the playstore so I assume I've already updated ?
