Build, expand, and command your own prison in a world where order is fragile and fear is a weapon. Begin with a small correctional facility, then transform it into an impenetrable maximum-security fortress. Construct cell blocks, guard towers, training centers, and special facilities. Manage resources, reinforce your defenses, and keep every corner of your prison under control.

But walls alone cannot contain the people inside.

Your inmates include gang leaders, smugglers, assassins, and the most dangerous criminals in the city. Each has a history, a reputation, and the potential to ignite conflict. Rivalries will grow, contraband will move in the shadows, escape attempts will test your security, and riots can erupt without warning.

Recruit ruthless guards, elite commanders, and powerful officers to enforce your rule. Build a team with unique skills and combat abilities, suppress uprisings, and lead your forces through intense prison conflicts and alliance wars.
