In a city ruled by crime, corruption, and chaos, only the strongest prison can survive. Build and expand your prison, manage dangerous inmates, recruit ruthless guards, suppress riots, and rise to power in the underground world.

Will you maintain order… or rule through fear?

Start from a small correctional facility and expand it into a maximum-security prison fortress. Build cell blocks, guard towers, training centers, and special facilities while managing resources and upgrading defenses to keep everything under control.

Every inmate is dangerous. Gang leaders, smugglers, assassins, and violent criminals all have their own stories and abilities. Internal conflicts and prison riots will constantly challenge your authority. Suppress uprisings, stop escape attempts, and rule the prison with absolute power.

Recruit elite guards, commanders, and powerful officers to strengthen your prison. Each character has unique skills and combat abilities that can help you dominate prison conflicts and alliance wars.

But prison management is only the beginning. Only one Warden can rule Desire City.
