I started a reservation on the app. the car I wanted was only partially available. the app suggested choosing an earlier or later time when the car would be available. it SHOULD HAVE SUGGESTED a different car to rent. when I did select a different car, the app had changed the date and time per its suggestion -wrong! I fixed the time again, but in fact I didn't see the date change until after I had accepted the new reservation and was going to pick up the car. I cancelled that reservation.bad app

Go with ANY other company. This one's the absolute WORST. This has been the most horrible experience I've ever had renting cars. And my business requires car rentals. This time the car came wrecked with almost no gas, making me late for work. No help on their side whatsoever. Cheap price is not cheap when you go with city-car. Save yourself the time, the money, and the headache.

This app is working faster than the old one. It doesn't have the divuach al ichur button available.... And for some reason it starts up with the map at my old address in another city, but then it does quickly move to my current location. It's just strange that it starts up that way. I tried to create a new account for my father and it took forever because every time I loaded a document it wasn't saved... eventually I think it worked. We'll see....
