To start using a shared vehicle - you must sign up for a subscription. Download the app and you can order cars and other operations with the click of a finger.

In the app:
- You can create several orders in advance, edit them and cancel them if necessary.
- You can view the available vehicles online, according to your current location or according to your residential address
- Option to view order history
- Viewing the complete layout of the company's stations
- Viewing an active order - Possibility to report a delay/extension of time/navigating to the vehicle location

Unable to register due to the application in Hebrew and not English friendly! 😥 Now discovered that it'sEnglish friendly!😄

I started a reservation on the app. the car I wanted was only partially available. the app suggested choosing an earlier or later time when the car would be available. it SHOULD HAVE SUGGESTED a different car to rent. when I did select a different car, the app had changed the date and time per its suggestion -wrong! I fixed the time again, but in fact I didn't see the date change until after I had accepted the new reservation and was going to pick up the car. I cancelled that reservation.bad app

Go with ANY other company. This one's the absolute WORST. This has been the most horrible experience I've ever had renting cars. And my business requires car rentals. This time the car came wrecked with almost no gas, making me late for work. No help on their side whatsoever. Cheap price is not cheap when you go with city-car. Save yourself the time, the money, and the headache.
