This is by far the most pathetic and disappointing delivery service I've ever experienced. It's been 3 days, and every single day I hear the same excuse: 'We'll deliver today.' Yet nothing ever arrives. u keep calling as if that makes your service better, but words mean nothing when u can't keep your promises. Honestly, if u can't deliver on time, stop giving false hopes to customers. I've used many delivery apps, but I've never seen one this unreliable and unprofessional Absolutely embarrassing

I ordered a mini truck today at 9:01 am. Drivers were unavailable and I was told to wait as Trip Management Team in Upayacity Cargo would call me. My request was picked but I was called after almost an hour.I had already found another vehicle and headed to my destination. Either i should have been contacted earlier/immediately and been updated about my options..or I should have bern able to cancel the trip. when the drivers are not available..the comunication to client needs to be bit more fast.

Can a function to re-request the spot rides added when there are no riders available without having to fill details again? It is time consuming for businesses to re enter all the details all over again. Edit: thank you for considering the feedbacks ♥️
