Very important and good service. Instant booking is available. If you could add bigger vehicles like Eicher or something similar it would be very useful. Rest is great.

I ordered a mini truck today at 9:01 am. Drivers were unavailable and I was told to wait as Trip Management Team in Upayacity Cargo would call me. My request was picked but I was called after almost an hour.I had already found another vehicle and headed to my destination. Either i should have been contacted earlier/immediately and been updated about my options..or I should have bern able to cancel the trip. when the drivers are not available..the comunication to client needs to be bit more fast.

Wonderful experience. I shifted my room couple of weeks back amid lockdown. The app was so smooth, response from the upaya and Driver/Helper dai were also helpful. Price was competitive too. Best wishes to Upaya team. :)
