Vehicle and customer management:
You can add cars, update customer details, archive old vehicles, restore archived records, and manage the parking database in a structured way. Car records are linked with customer information such as name, flat number, and mobile number, making follow-up and billing easier.

Billing workflow:
The billing screen is designed to reduce manual effort. You can search and lock a vehicle, view a customer snapshot, select a plan, enter payment details, and save the bill. Expiry calculation helps maintain proper renewal flow. Recent bills are available for quick review and sharing.

Renewal queue:
The app helps you track parking renewals by showing vehicles that are expiring in 1, 3, or 7 days, as well as already expired vehicles. From the renewal queue, you can send reminder messages or directly create the next bill.

Reports and records:
Monthly reports provide a useful overview of collections, receipts, active vehicles, payment split, and recent activity. CSV export and import features help in backup, transfer, and record restoration.

Flexible desk operations:
The app supports a practical workflow for parking staff and managers. Settings such as default limits, trial period, bill format, and contact details can be managed for better control and easier onboarding.
