Pros: 1. User friendly app 2. Good customer service team Cons: 1. Very high prices. 200+ for a single ride is not justified for a bus journey. 2. Cancellation and refund policy of upto half an hour before the ride really sucks. Lost so much money due to last minute plan change just because of this policy 3. Frequent changes in routes and timings. It disturbs the routine. Due to above mentioned cons, I stopped using Cityflo and switched to other options.

The 2 stars are for the faster rides but the business model is not at all flexible. The rides are very much expensive. When you buy monthly pass and due to any reason If you cancel the ride and get the refund in wallet you won't be able to use the refunded amount to book a ride with the same amount again. These policies and validations just doesn't make me happy. Long story short kudos to the drivers but worst app policies.

They have a great concept and the intent to deliver quality is well appreciated. However, their charges are twice as compared to other similar services, the service they provide doesn't match up. They have an option for chatting with the customer service who is very quick but not accu4ate in their response. I really expected top notch quality service with this service. Wasn't too satisfied with it.
