I used the City Pass app while visiting family in Seattle, WA. The pass felt like a great deal to see the city's main attractions and the app worked great to manage the pass, to see my options for where to visit, and to book and manage my reservations (where required). As my phone didn't have Bluetooth "tap" capability, I had to show my app at customer service to exchange for a ticket at most attractions.

It's a endless loop that you can't escape. When you open the app, it tells you to link your tickets that have already been purchased. Cool. They send an email verification to the email you purchased with. The verification link just send you to download the app, WHICH YOU ALREADY DID! Uninstalling and reinstalling did nothing. Ended up calling to book our reservations.

I LOVE the CityPass. I always feel like I've some how taking advantage of the system when I get these passes. We have done 3 cities to date! I realize that most people may not utilize them to their fullest potential, but we definitely do!! In fact, we actively pick locations to visit that have the city pass. We want to exhaust all the cities on the CityPass list before we start traveling to other cities. To us - it's worth it!
