I used the City Pass app while visiting family in Seattle, WA. The pass felt like a great deal to see the city's main attractions and the app worked great to manage the pass, to see my options for where to visit, and to book and manage my reservations (where required). As my phone didn't have Bluetooth "tap" capability, I had to show my app at customer service to exchange for a ticket at most attractions.

It's a endless loop that you can't escape. When you open the app, it tells you to link your tickets that have already been purchased. Cool. They send an email verification to the email you purchased with. The verification link just send you to download the app, WHICH YOU ALREADY DID! Uninstalling and reinstalling did nothing. Ended up calling to book our reservations.

Agree with previous reviews about the app - totally useless. It asks you to confirm your email. When you click the link to confirm your email, it takes you to the download page for the app and does not confirm your email. This app doesn't work. The email links don't work. I was able to make my reservations on their web site and I will go old school and print things out. At this point you think they would get the message and either fix or remove the app.
