Present Citizen is the community app for residents of Paraguay to document and share problems in their city. Litter, potholes, illegally parked cars, broken streetlights, malfunctioning traffic lights, water or sewage issues: if you see it, you can post it in seconds and make it visible to your community.

HOW IT WORKS
1. Register with your cell phone (verification via WhatsApp, one-time only).

2. Take a photo of the problem, write a description, and mark the location on the map.

3. Choose the category and your city. That's it! Your post is visible to the community.

A NEIGHBORHOOD NETWORK FOR YOUR CITY
- See problems reported by residents of your city and nearby areas.

- Join the reports that matter to you to give them more visibility.

- See the ranking of the problems that most mobilize the community.

- Filter by type of problem or by city.
- Share any report via WhatsApp and social media.

PARTICIPATE AND EARN POINTS
Each post earns you points and you advance in rank: Citizen → Helpful Citizen → Super Citizen. The more you participate, the more recognition you receive.

PRIVACY AND RESPONSIBILITY
You can post using your name or anonymously (your identity is always securely recorded to prevent abuse). Each user is solely responsible for the content they post.
