I'd much rather have the old lgfcu back, this has been disappointing. As far as this app goes, I would love to know why I have to verify the same device over and over again. Doesn't matter where I am, if it's cellular data or wifi, no info has changed, haven't even logged in on anything else. Ridiculous.

This app is terrible! I can't add cash by using the barcode because the app will only display a partial barcode once it is activated. The app blocks my from rotating the screen or zooming out enough to see the full barcode. It also sucks having to type in my full password each time instead of being able to set a pin to access the app, like every other credit union I've ever used. CIVIC should be shut down. This has been the dumbest merger in the history of banking.

They were great when they were partnered with secu, but now they're the worst bank I've ever worked with. The card doesn't work most places and has no chip, they never sent a replacement credit card, and there's no way to talk to a person or have any of my issues actually addressed. I was sent around in circles until the robot hung up on me. Don't join this bank.
