I'd much rather have the old lgfcu back, this has been disappointing. As far as this app goes, I would love to know why I have to verify the same device over and over again. Doesn't matter where I am, if it's cellular data or wifi, no info has changed, haven't even logged in on anything else. Ridiculous.

When using the mobile site, I was unable to get help with app personal that could help. I was blocked off my site for one full month and unable to get my service restored. I made several request for help, each time was referred to someone else are they would call. I am now trying to get help to set up a service and know one has been able to help. Today I went through 2 service techs and still my problem was not solved.
